Parent Information

This year, our class will be using a behavior management system called, Class Dojo. Class Dojo is a web-site specifically designed as a tool for teachers to help improve behaviors in class by stressing the positives and weeding out the negatives.

How it works: Students will receive a username and avatar that they create themselves. For every positive behavior (walking in line the right way, on task, helping others, etc), they will receive a positive Dojo point. For every negative behavior (no homework, off task, calling out, etc), they will receive a negative Dojo point. The top 5 students with the most Dojo points at the end of the week will choose from a Reward Menu.

Want to stay connected? Sign up to receive email updates every Friday on your child's behavior! See how well they are doing every day, or in which areas they need improvement. Email me for your child's secret code to register today!
